DVCProHD
Our cameras utilize the DVCProHD codec and the P2 digital card recording technology. The DVCPRO HD codec used by our camera has become the industry standard for high definition video due to its superb image and sound quality, its reliability, and operating ease.

P2 Card Technology
A break though in our industry is the use of the Professional Plug-in or P2 card with the Panasonic cameras. The video is recorded in DVCProHD codec straight to the card eliminating the need for tapes altogether and preserving the video as a true digital format.

The P2 card can be read on a laptop, viewed, logged and edited in the field. The P2 technology is highly reliable and enhances our workflow by transferring data at a high speed. Plus it’s highly cost effective because there is no need for shooting tapes and there is no need for capturing or conversion. We simply drag and drop the footage right into our Avid edit suites.
