FTP Login

Logging into our FTP site directly can be done with Windows Internet Explorer v5 or v6.

Click: ftp://ftp.wattscom.com/ to login.

NOTE: FTP is for uploading and downloading files ONLY. Files are NOT viewable directly from the FTP folder(s).

Troubleshooting:
Older and newer versions of IE have posed problematic as well as other browsers such as Firefox.

There are two recommended options if the above link does not allow you access:

1. Obtain a copy of an FTP program.
• Go to Download.com to find a FREE version.
• Install the program and follow instructions to create an FTP login.
  
  
2. Use Windows Explorer (NOT Internet Explorer)
• Open My Computer.
• In the Address Bar of Windows Explorer, type: ftp://ftp.wattscom.com/
• Enter the username and password provided to you by a Watts Communications representative when prompted.
