FTP Login

NOTE: Please read all the instructions before attempting to log into our FTP site.

The quickest way to log into our FTP site can be done using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer).

• Open My Computer (or any Windows folder will do).
• In the Address Bar of Windows Explorer, type: ftp://ftp.wattscom.com/
• Enter the username and password provided to you by a Watts Communications representative when prompted.

NOTE: FTP is for uploading and downloading files ONLY. Files are NOT viewable directly from the FTP folder(s).

Troubleshooting:
Older and newer versions of IE have posed problematic. Therefore, we have two recommended options if the above process does not allow you access:

1. Obtain a copy of an FTP program (PC or MAC).
• Go to Download.com to find a FREE version such as Core FTP LE or FileZilla.
• Install the program and follow instructions to create an FTP login.
  
  
2. Firefox Browser (PC or MAC).
• Download either the FireFTP or CrossFTP add-on from the Mozilla website.
• Install the add-on and Lauch it from your Firefox browser.
• Follow instructions to create an FTP login.
